The sixteenth episode of Gobbledygeek airs live tonight at 10:30 PM EST right here. This week, we’ll talk about something that’s on the minds of many comics geeks as well as pros: the impending evolution of the comic book industry. We’ll discuss the changing habits of readers, such as trade waiting and the rise of digital distribution, and what that means for the retail market as well as the industry as a whole. This is mostly Paul’s bag, but I will try to hold my own.
This week, we’ve also finally got some music, courtesy of Kevin MacLeod at Incompetech. If you need music for your podcast, your movie, your whatever, check out his extensive music library. It’s good stuff. So anyway, don’t be shocked when at the beginning of the show, instead of my dulcet tones, our new theme song greets your ears.
